Scimera is a framework-agnostic SCIM 2.0 engine for Rust. It is deliberately not a server: it mounts no routes, stores no users, and assumes no web framework, database, or auth system. It supplies the protocol pieces that a provisioning integration needs.
That covers typed User, Group, and EnterpriseUser models, schema-driven validation, a filter parser with an evaluator and a query compiler, a schema-aware PATCH applier, attribute projection and sorting, bulk request planning, and ETag helpers.
Compatibility profiles absorb the differences between identity providers, and each feature is traced back to the RFC text it implements.
